Reservations
Guests are encouraged to reserve their spa arrangements in advance to ensure appointment times. A credit card is required to secure the appointment. Prices are subject to change without notice. The total amount of services scheduled will be charged in full for guests who are “no show” or fail to cancel their reservation within a 24-hour time period. For multiple services, two or more, 48-hours. Appointments missed by 15 minutes or more are cancelled with a 100% spa credit, which is yours to use for your rescheduled future reservation.
Spa Etiquette -
In order to provide a serene and tranquil atmosphere, we ask that you turn off your cell phone.
Arrival
Please arrive 30 minutes prior to your schedules appointment, allowing enough time to enjoy our amenities which include Ladies and Gentlemen’s steam rooms and relaxation lounge. A late arrival will determine the length of treatment time. As a courtesy to all of our guests your treatment will end as schedules so that the next guest may begin on time.
What To Wear
The spa provides robes, slippers and locker room amenities. Please arrive comfortably dressed, but do not bring valuables. We will not be held responsible for lost or stolen items. No additional clothing or towels are required and large gym bags are not permitted in the sanctuaries. For Hydro Therapy Treatments please bring your bathing suit.
Children
We love children. However, for the relaxation of all our clients we kindly ask that children not accompany you during your treatments.
Gratuities
Gratuities are not included in the price of spa services. In appreciation for outstanding service, gratuities may be given to the staff at your discretion.
Returns/Exchanges
All sales are final.
